What if an athlete plays sports other than baseball?
Neutral Hills Academy recognizes that students often play multiple sports. We are supportive and encouraging of multi-sport athletes. Neutral Hills Academy requests that baseball is a student's athletic priority during our competition season.
What is the ‘Game Only Player’ option?
The Game Only Player option provides an opportunity to players that are unable to billet, but want to experience the high competition level of the Neutral Hills Academy schedule. Game Only Players are responsible to meet the team at the bus departure location, be picked up along the way, or arrive at the destination themselves.

What can an athlete expect from the Neutral Hills Baseball Academy Program?
September to October 30+ game schedule. Academy hours are spent primarily on team defence, situational awareness, and zone command.
November and December kicks off the indoor training season. Wranglers partake in workouts programmed by Jeff Osadec, former trainer of MLB pitcher, Mike Soroka. Throwing is shut down from November break to the new year. Axe bats, blast sensors, and other technology are used during this time to develop the player’s offensive game.
January to March involve pitching and functional work. Athletes follow a Driveline throwing and recovery program. Athletes continue to follow workout plans created by Jeff Osadec. Preparation for the outdoor season begins again.
April to May 20+ game schedule. Academy hours are spent fine tuning skills that have been acquired during the off season.
Where is the Neutral Hills Baseball Academy located?
The Neutral Hills Baseball Academy’s facilities are located in Veteran, AB. Academy members attend Consort School in Consort, AB.
Does Neutral Hills Baseball Academy help with college placement?
The Neutral Hills Baseball Academy provides all the assistance that a player needs to attend a post-secondary program in Canada or the USA. The Academy has placed all graduating athletes that have desired to continue playing baseball at the collegiate level.
